I ain't got no soul
I left you crying, and talking on your phone
Saying I ain't got no soul
I ain't got no alcohol
So I went out drinking, instead of to your home
I ain't got no soul
All I do is try and try to make you cry
Kick you in the shins, I poke you in the eye
It’s out of my control
I ain't got no soul
All you do is good, do everything you should
Pay back the devil to save me if you could
I listen to rock and roll
But I ain't got no soul
I ain't got no place to go
I don’t need no-one
I'm a rebel, I'm a rebel (yeah)
Oh I could cry when I was feeling low
But that would take a heart
And that's the body part that I don’t own

My alarm clock he ain't working,
But that don't really mind,
'cos he ain't no friend of mine,
He kept waking me up, all the time, saying
BEEP, BEEP, BEEP!
Get on your feet,
You've got to get a job,
'cos you're in too deep.
Oh No! Oh No!
Well I don't like doing things,
That other folks tell me to do,
So I hit him with a hammer,
And now he's quite subdued.
And well I wake up in the morning,
He don't even make a sound,
And my life ain't slipping away,
'cos his hands don't turn around,
BEEP, BEEP, BEEP!
Get on your feet,
You've got to get a job,
'cos you're in too deep.
Oh No! Oh No!
And I ain't ever been so happy,
As what I am right now,
And people misunderstand me,
'cos when I was made,
Some joker put my smile on,
Upside down....
Oh No! Oh No!

Just 'cause you think it,
Don't make it so,
Drop you to drink it,
Won't let you go.
[CHORUS]
Plenty of girls and boys in love,
Plenty of girls... and boys in love.
Move to the city,
Loose all your heart,
She weren't that pretty,
You ain't too smart.
[CHORUS]
Plenty of girls and boys in love,
Plenty of girls... and boys in love.
But ain't it a shame,
Woaaaaaaaah ohhhh,
Ain't it a shame,
Woaaaaaaaah ohhhhhh,
Ain't it a shame,
I've let you go,
Plenty of girls... and boys in love.
Plenty of girls... and boys in love. [3x]

There's a beating heart
lonely in the dark,
I wonder when was the start
of when it all went bad.
A tear rolls down his face
he licks his lips and tastes,
whisky he just can't waste
God bless them weeping eyes.
Outside is driving rain,oh creole
inside the music's playing,oh creole
think it's gonna make a change,think again.
oh creole,oh creole
There's a creole sound
that's been going round,
the people dancing to the pound
of that same beating heart,
and ain't it beating loud
and ain't it beating proud
and ain't it such an ugly sound
i'm never gonna dream i even go and start
Oh you don't play to well,oh creole
no you don't ring no bell,oh creole
is it gonna make a change,is it hell
oh creole,oh creole

If only this bike was a motorcycle
i wouldnt be moving so slow
if only this bike was a motorcycle
id be over half way home
as i move down the street id be looking so good and id be gone in a blink of an eye..
if only this bike was a motorcycle..
if only this bike could..flyyyy...
sometimes when im riding along i forget where im going! i start a dream that this little old bike is a big loud glistening speed machine, im getting chased everywhere i go, by hundreds of girls all fighting to show how much they love me, so i, pull over and give them a ride on my
fast moving, street cruising, geek losing motorbike!
but its all just a dream..
im actually moving quite slowly..
airs nice and clean but my bicycle seat is so lonely... its so lonely this bike..
if only this bike....
oh if only this bike was a motorcycle
i wouldnt be sad anymore!
if only this bike was a motorcycle
id move down the street with a roar
we'll be wild, we'll be free!
just my motorcycle and me..
with a glint in my eye..
id show you that this little boy can really...flyyyyyyyyyyy!

There's nothing left for us, we're rotting in this place
And the night has lost it's taste
The bells of doom are ringing, but you don't hear them
You say "come on back to bed"
And I say "you must be dead
Don't you hear big bells ringing
Don't you hear those voices singing?"
It's only time, let it pass away
It's only time, let it pass away
Well I run into the streets and I scream from the depths of my lungs
"Well I see you've finally come!
Good evening Mister Reaper,
What's that you're saying? All my hopes and dreams are dead?
That I should go back to my bed"
I wake up a new man, singing the only words I can
It's only time, let it pass away
It's only time, let it pass away
It's only time, let it pass away
It's only time, let it pass away

I'm lying on my back, looking at the clouds
Lying on my back, looking at the clouds (x3)
One of them looks like you, one of them looks like me
The wind starts blowing them apart, it's breaking my heart to see
Cause as you move away, we go from snowy white to grey
And as you fly so high, my cloud starts to disappear and die
I'm lying on my back, looking at the clouds
Lying on my back, looking at the clouds (x3)
It's a half past two in the afternoon
Lying on my back looking at the clouds
I've been drinking since this morning
I won't move from this spot
Because I like it a lot
Lying on my back, looking at the clouds (x4)

You're not 17 no more, but you act just lke you are
What the hell is that all about?
Did you hear a girl likes it loud
Oooh, honey
You don't come from London do you?
But sometimes you sound like you do
What the hell is that all about?
Did you hear a girl likes it loud
Well, honey
Don't dumb down for me
I'm not that kind of girl (x2)
Holding, holding on to nothing
Don't you see that darling
You can shake your fist and shout
There's some people that I can do without
Woah, honey
Don't dumb down for me
I ain't that kind of girl (x2)
It's just more of the same
Don't dumb down for me
I ain't that kind of girl (x2)
Don't dumb down, darling (x3)

Oh no, where are my hands
They're in my pockets
Away from your hands
And that is where they will stay
Because you are far away
You said you had something to say
But while you were talking, my feet started walking away
Before I knew where I was
I was up short of the motorway [?]
And I kept on walking
And the rain was beating down on my head
And I kept on walking
And all the while I let you call my name
But I kept doing just the same
Til I feel like trying to complain
But I don't think they will listen
Keep going, keep going and there ain't no way of knowing
When to stop, when to stop, it's tearing me apart
Cause I would like to be polite
Sit and hold you for the night
Like my parents would stick around [?]
My manners start from the ankles down
Oh no, where are my hands
They're in my pockets
Away from your hands
I'm far away from your plans
Far, far away from your plans
I keep going, keep going and there ain't no way of knowing
When I'll stop, when I'll stop and it's happening a lot
And you told me that I was your man
I try to speak, instead I follow my feet
I ran, I ran
[something indecipherable]
